    I know he's a sponsor of the show and he's entitled to his opinion, but this is a horrible take by Loewy.

    That judge was going to get voted out if this wasn't the outcome, but at what cost? There seems to be enough people and entities in lock-step about this horrible, absurd ruling.

    At the end of the day, Campbell can have his cake and eat it too. He gets his quarterback (at what cost? I don't know) and will have everyone rushing to get this bill passed in Congress. They knew this was going to blow up, and they sacrificed everyone's integrity to do so.

    I cannot say for a certainty that this judge got paid or was facing intense pressure from his community, but that's the first thing that enters my mind and most likely others as well. My 5 year old knows better than this judge.

    Texas Tech had a chance to stick it to Texas and give Cody Campbell and all his sycophants ammo heading into the Fall, but they couldn't get it done after spending all that money. Texas Tech is and will always be a house of cards.
