  1. Past hour
  2. You’re entitled to your opinion. Respectfully I disagree. Hook em
  3. Honestly, my take is the whole flu thing is half correct but doesn’t tell the full story. It feels to me like Tyanthony has a foot out the door and since LB is so thin Sark didn’t want to risk injuries by playing the 1s so he stretched the truth so that he could figure out the Smith situation in the interim. Biles seemed totally fine on Thursday.
  4. Immature and not a good person are 2 separate things. Grown men telling kids to gtfo or labeling the whole of them a bad kid is telling on the adults, not the player. Enough already. Very poor decision by @Gerry Hamilton to post this type of vague news on a site with the loudest fools always ready to confirm their status. So many dogging a kid that they just extolled a couple of days ago. Terrible look for the site. Lock it up already.
  5. Then why’d you bring up my kids in the first place if it’s not a good comparison? (I don’t have any btw) You can get in as deep into it as you want, but the fact is he signed a contract and agreed to play for a lot of money. Backing out of that shows a flawed character. I’ll keep repeating it though, that might not be the case, in which everything I said is moot.
  6. If Muschamp indeed promised him first string no matter what then sure.
  7. I feel like I’m arguing with a wall.
  8. You literally said he’s not quite a good kid if he quits after adversity. I’m just taking you at your word. We have no idea what he’s been promised by prior coaches, what his family is telling him, what pressures are going on at home, if he struggles mentally, etc. Things don’t happen in a vacuum. You can address character issues with your own son as you’d actually know him. You can’t diagnose character concerns with someone you don’t know is my point. We can be bummed as fans that he may leave the team, but questioning his makeup is unfair.
  9. Yes I know. I stated a hypothetical and then got in an argument.
  10. And if some other party failed to keep their word? Say regarding playing time?
  11. The “character” issues will reveal themselves over time. But not yet.
  12. Ok? The person in question is 20.
  13. Did he skip practice? I didn’t read that.
  14. Rojo no one will take you seriously if you keep making obtuse counterpoints. Instead of being stuck on the “good kid” aspect, focus on the character issues. I would talk to them about integrity and the importance of keeping your word.
  15. You are trying to justify a player skipping practice because he is unhappy over playing time. Yeah. I'm unreasonable. LOL
  16. Does Coach Top coach Tyanthony Smith outside of Texas? The reason I ask is that he posted a cryptic message today. If not, any idea what this could be about?
  17. Can always count on you for reasonable takes
  18. You would tell them they’re not quite a good kid? Yikes
  19. He is being paid six figures to practice and play. Either show up or GTFO.
  20. Depends on the context. I would have a conversation with them if it was something similar to this. Like Alex said, we don’t even know if it is the case. If it is, it shows a lack of character. If it’s not the case, then it’s a non-issue.
  21. I’d say the stats suggest 21 is a better indicator of maturity than 17.
  22. Let’s just hope you don’t think that if your son or daughter quits after adversity.
  23. Dude I do not care about that. I was talking about the absurdity of using drinking age as an indicator of maturity.
  24. I was replying to a different comment that said he thought he was a good kid, and I simply said if he quits after adversity (if that is indeed the case) then he’s not quite a good kid. I think you’re making this was more of an issue than it is.
