  1. Past hour
  2. Dang. Thanks for clarifying and dashing my hope
  3. If guys need something cleaned up, the sooner they get it done after the season, the better.
  4. Yes especially preventive suregeries like this. In the NFL you have guys having multiple surgeries every year and not all of them are minor like these ones are.
  5. Wingo wrist is interesting. He had the thumb injury but I don’t remember ever hearing about wrist issues. Seem to recall Bobby mentioning some nagging issue he was dealing with. Wonder if that was it and it led to some of the drops like in Worthy’s sophomore season.
  6. Manning getting that Cyberpunk upgrade after the team not fixing the OL. I like it
  7. Thanks for the update, @Jeff Howe. It sounds like none of these surgeries were risky or have long recovery timelines.
  8. Is this a standard thing? Do players often get minor surgery during off season?
  9. Sana sana colita de rana! Someone light their Jesus candle too for this team!
  10. Great news on Emmett Mosley V who could not put pressure on his leg after the injury occurred in the Citrus Bowl,
  11. Texas quarterback Arch Manning, "underwent minor foot surgery this week as a preventative measure to address a previous injury," the Longhorns announced on Friday. Manning is one of six Texas players who underwent postseason surgery, and while "he will be limited during offseason workouts," school officials said that Manning "is expected back during spring football." The following Longhorns underwent postseason surgery for various ailments and "are expected back 100 percent healthy by the season," the school said: safety Xavier Filsaime (shoulder), offensive tackle Trevor Goosby (shoulder), wide receiver Emmett Mosley V (ankle), linebacker Ty’Anthony Smith (shoulder) and wide receiver Ryan Wingo (wrist). 13. Didn't mean to come off that way although it was the end result; either way, I'm happy the community is growing
  14. Prior to Cojoe getting injured I remember a lot of smoke about him pushing Baker out at right tackle last fall. When he gets healthy he will be a factor imo
  15. It seemed like they preferred Jordan Church and were trying to bring him in for a visit, but were too late. I had no problem with the swing for the fences strategy, but by the time the portal was almost closed, it should’ve been time to cut their losses and go all-in on a second-tier guard like Church. I think they overplayed their hand. Too focused on landing a big fish and not agile enough in pivoting.
  16. I just don't understand why we didn't go after that guard Alou or whatever his name was. Even if the staff didn't think he was better, he still would've provided depth and competition. The staff overplayed their hand and got called on it. But whatever, we are here now and there is nothing we can do about it. I still trust Sark because of how far he's brought this program. But I don't blindly trust him like I used to.
  17. Yea I definitely get that. I’m new to all of these boards, I found OTF on Spotify and liked their content and then joined for a year right when the special started lol. From what little I’ve picked up, this seems to be the best of the boards. I love the guys and their content so I’m here to stay. I think when you get a influx of members there will be some bad apples, and I was annoyed as well with how much people were complaining, I just didn’t like the ‘1 dollar crew sucks’ narrative. But thank you!
