Is it too early for a tall glass of koolaid? Cause I’m about ready to start drinking it

Is Sark assembling the infinity gauntlet of recruits tomorrow?

I’m ready to jump in the pool head first and drink the koolaid. One side of the coin is the kid is legitimately interested and wants to see what Texas has to offer. The other side of the same coin is that courting Texas increases negotiation leverage. There are ample examples for both. I’m unfortunately on the later, there are questions I don’t have access to the answers for. For example, did the staff not reach out prior to gauge recruiting interest of such a high profile recruit? Why/why not? I’m excited to hear what comes about from the next couple of days. I look forward to be hopefully proven wrong.

My take after the first couple weeks with Tinney batting clean-up was that (at the time) Texas didn’t have anyone in the lineup batting behind him to force pitchers to challenge him. I think that was one of the main factors to batting him second. Ultimately everyone slumps in baseball. The regular season doesn’t really matter so much, what these guys do in the post season is what will ultimately be remembered or solidified one way or the other.

Do some of the guys have personalized bats? Guys like Robbin’s, Rodriguez, Temo. I can immediately recognize most of the other guys bats.
