Jonah Williams in packages/spot situations has probably already been discussed. Not a guy you want playing LB against the run or for several snaps. Not sure what the answer will be. Maybe one of the several great edge guys you have can roll into that spot for run stop and blitz packages These DB's/Star position guys being forced to "put their face in the fan" mentality will help if needed to play some at the position. Looking at the depth chart, after this year we have 4 seniors graduating and 4 freshmen/sophomores. We only have 1 LB committed. We need to get 2-3 more signed.

I get what you’re saying though we are 1 or 2 injuries away from needing bodies just in the room. Jilek having a b10 offer at lb at least is worth an emergency look.

Sometimes a new DC needs to cull the herd to make it stronger. If TyAnthony wasnt on board with Coach Boom—he had to go. Simple as that.

He shied away from a fumble last year. He better show some toughness if he gets irrelevant snaps again.

I don't think so. I think Texas recruits pretty specifically with their targets and their intentions on selling the player are on a developmental plan that they see eye to eye on.
