  1. Past hour
  2. I’ll take many of the comments and questions over the last couple of days and answer them + some more intel and release it in a separate piece tomorrow. CJ is right, Texas is fine and will continue to be fine. They have a plan and all is well.
  3. Maybe he’s just celebrating being a Longhorn and not an Aggie?
  4. High. Character. Kid. He’ll be a kid that plays over his ranking.
  5. Definitely is a commit the comment he put was #Texasfight
  6. He read through this thread and said take that lol
  7. Today
  8. Texas Football recruiting never sleeps that’s for sure. There’s no doubt these guys will be bringing in players in for visits throughout the season and unexpected names will pop up in November. Sark has assembled a very hard-working and hungry staff 🤘🏼
  9. Sure, and at Texas that should ultimately be the standard. There are still teams with bigger NIL than half the field that are no longer competing for a national title. Honestly Ark and LSU are the only big swingers compared to the rest of the bracket. And while it’s unfortunate the way they got seeded, only one of them will compete for a title.
  10. Awesome time speaking with new 2026 Texas WR commit Kohen Brown tonight on the Longhorn Livestream! About 9:30 in, it begins.
  11. Pierce made CWS 3 times but never competed for a title. I’m not talking about making CWS, I’m talking about winning a title in this era of college sports in that specific sport.
  12. I mean, tell that to half the CWS field this year.
  13. But I want to be “more than fine”, CJ 😒
  14. Oops meant Coach Baker, he came from Miami Dolphins
  15. Do you have anymore insight info you can give us?
  16. Texas is going to be fine in the portal.
  17. Not going to panic yet but if you’re not near the top in NIL in baseball and men’s basketball then I don’t see how you can expect to compete for national championships
  18. It’s about more than just money. You can’t say oh he would make $1M if he goes but only $500k at Texas, so he’s gone. The minor league baseball life is hard. Look at some of the towns those triple-A, double-A, High-A teams are in and who they play against. Not many fans in the crowd, nothing to do in your free time, and if you are good you likely are bouncing around being called up/down based on what the organization needs. Blake said previously there’s about a 20% chance Kayson makes it so it’s not very likely, but it’s not a 1-to-1 money decision.
  19. Yesterday
  20. Kayson Cunningham isn’t making isnt making it to campus and he would be our ss
