Note on Michigan commit Xavier Muhammad (post visit) Texas hosted Shadow Creek (formerly South Houston) DL Xavier Muhammad yesterday. In talking with a source, Muhammad checked in a 6-4, 305. That is up from around 265-270 junior season. Texas is making a push, and the flip is certainly in play. He got the full court press from Will Muschamp and Kenny Baker yesterday. The Longhorns have been making a push with Texas Tech DL K'Adrian Redmond too, but that one is long shot if not dead at this point. Texas has planned to sign four DL's in the class if they can find the fits. OTF will have more later today.
