Hey folks, This is something we’ve been wanting to do for a long time and finally gotten things in place. We’re joining together with the guys at 3rd & Longhorn to do a three-city tour of Texas prior to the season opener. The event is free. We’ll both be taping or recording a live show at the event. There will also be a meet-and-greet section where folks can take pictures with DJ, Fozzy, Rod, and other special guests, and get autographs, etc. Please put it on your calendar if you can make it out. Good point, it's one thing to play in those games and another to win them. We should be in a lot of those games and we need to get in the habit of winning them.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head there. If that does end up happening, it has us with McDonald and Taaffe as starting S's, until Williams is good enough to return. McDonald is too good to keep sitting on the sidelines. Either way the competition is healthy and pushes everyone to keep working hard. Was even talk of Taaffe coming down to play nickel, which would have us with Williams/McDonald at S.

Chris Gilbert was a fantastic player who is often overlooked. Both he and Charles had 3 great years, but want to keep Gilbert's memory alive.

Graceson Littleton gets a lot of mention. Kobe Black, Wardell Mack or Warren Roberson stepping up at CB could push Guilbeau back to Star which in turn impacts S. Lots of moving parts.

Phil Harris from the 1963 Championship team?? Should be a picture somewhere if I have his number remembered correctly? Chris Gilbert was the first back to have 3 consecutive 1,000 yard seasons in the NCAA. Jim Bertelsen replaced him on the 1969 National Championship team.
