@DanielOnorato I assume you disagree with Gerry here?

CDC won't be hiring the next coach or firing Sark. That comes above his paygrade... They will talk to him but it's not his decision...

Will raleek brown or smothers be NFL players based on their productivity in sarks offense? Baxter made the best decision possible to get out of this trash offense.

I've ran my model through Bevo Labs and I am coming up with the following: Ole Miss 31 Texas 17

He will be an NFL guy. Fans like to discard his 37 to 7 td to int ratio last year.

CDC wont mess this up.... If Sark is fired, it was because it was the right thing to do. If he is retained... it is because it was the right thing to do. I trust CDC.

Where is Arch playing? Arena league? @Gerry Hamilton any thoughts on Arch and the NFL?

Arch will be playing football for years. I don't know if Sark will ever have the luxury of calling plays as a HC again.

Hard to say for sure ... but the melt down by Arch is something else. I don't believe a HC or OC is going to develop a QB from getting flagged for going beyond the LOS twice in a game or in back-to-back games. That looked like a fourth grader playing college football. And not being able to check in and out bad plays vs defense signals pre-snap, and spraying the ball all over the stands against UTSA.

If we see more than one run blocking scheme this game, that is staff failure.

Well I'm leavin' you baby Lord and I'm goin' back home to stay Well back home there're no floods or tornadoes Baby the sun shines every day

38-17 Texas

As Derek Jeter said, fans boo because they want to cheer. So give us something to cheer about.

If the oline sucks on Saturday we need a livestream from Hashtag’s lazyboy with Superdave commenting. They were all over this problem since last Summer and it is more of the same. I hope this is finally the time where Sark and Flood earn their salaries and come up with a solution/solutions.

Good read, Jeff!

One play, one quarter, one half and one game at a time….that should be the team mentality. We as fans must believe in the team and be loud at DKR and make it hard for Ole Miss to execute their plays. We’re playing at home and need to play like it means something special and us fans need to support our team by bringing the noise because We are The University of Texas Longhorns🤘🤘

The Florida game certainly got loud on the big plays... Maybe it was just where I sat? However, if you expect the crowd to be loud in any stadium when the offense is 3 and Out for 7 straight drives and the visiting team holds the ball for entire quarters, I'm not sure what to tell you. It's an unrealistic expectation.

Beginning of the end for him here unfortunately. Really 2025 prolly would have been that, But we gave him A LOT of leeway.

Nobody wants to read that essay of nothingness

On top of the Michigan guys and recruiting misses - something's wrong in the priorities list to let this be a perennial problem.

You better speak American when talking to me, son! I don’t need your fancy spancy English! Haha

I watched our fans boo 3 years in a row. That is not new phenomenon, but the place being dead sucks. I was at ohio state and somehow, it stayed more alive than last week even down 20.

I was there at Florida in great seats. Was told to sit down by those behind me several times. Didn't get going until end of the 4th quarter. To be fair, wasn't much to be excited about especially after OU the week prior. It's time to move on though and I think fans need to bring it tomorrow more than they did last week.

His sentiment is right but its the players that need to be sending the message from the field "And against Florida last week it took us until 3:50 on the clock in the 4th for DKR to really come alive. " Yes, because we made plays for the first time since the opening script! And fans were very alive in that 1st Q.
