Sark said Mason Shipley had "a nice last 2.5 weeks of camp."

Sarkisian says he thinks Mason Shipley really came along strong in the last 2.5 weeks of training camp.

Sark called Max Klare a "dangerous weapon" and a nice compliment to the other Ohio State receiving threats.

Sark has been impressed with Endries' versatility, including his willingness to be a blocker.

"His versatility is something that excites me."

Any recruits planning to be at the game that we should be aware of? Seems like this game should be bringing in some interesting ones for sure (although early start won't help)...

Several years ago a promoter approached Texas and Oklahoma with a proposal to play the game in the infield of the Texas Motor Speedway North of Fort Worth. I saw the artist's conception drawings and it frankly looked ridiculous. But the promoter talked about potentially pulling in 250-300k fans for the game at the NASCAR venue. A different promoter tried selling the two universities on playing the game at Jerrah Jones World after it was completed in 2010. Uh, no. Another guy billing himself as "Eas E. Money" or some such tried to convince the teams to go to a Home and Home version...no thanks, Eas E was told. I've lived in six different states since graduating from UT in 1978 and I made it a point to go to CFB games around the Nation. The Texas -OU game in the old Cotton Bowl Stadium at the State Fair of Texas is THE most unique setting for a big-time college football game in America. Hook 'Em!

He wants them exposed to the travel routine (Texas doesn't have a travel roster limit for non-conference road games).

Sark said all true freshmen will travel to Ohio State.
