I’m sorry your interactions with Ohio State fans haven’t been good, I truly mean that. In my personal opinion, I think most people who watched that game felt like Ohio State’s defensive line was dominant. Ohio State’s linebackers were dominated by Texas’ running backs in the passing game, l’m man enough to admit that. It is one thing that worries the sh*t out of me for 8/30.

Much like Sark, Ryan Day’s bread and butter is the QB position. I honestly can’t remember the last time an OSU QB had more than one turnover in a game, it just doesn’t happen. It doesn’t mean Texas’ D won’t completely suffocate Ohio State’s O, I just wouldn’t expect anymore than one turnover at the most.

If you asked the fanbase, the knowledgeable portion, it’s probably close to unanimous that in retrospect he shouldn’t have played. OSU had two runs - a 22 yarder and an 18 yarder, which we screwed up our alignment. We had an additional sack. That was the difference in the run game. You weren’t exactly dominant there. And one of your Tackles was the best olinemen you had and he probably had the tougher matchup.
