I would assume it’s the secondary coach. Was the primary weakness of the defense this year. Poor communication and situational awareness for the DBs.

Probably just too expensive. Texas is already investing a lot of money in the freshman WR‘s and would rather roll the dice with them, Livingston, Mosley, and maybe an elite true #1 portal WR imo
