  1. Past hour
  2. Ken was a gentle giant off the field and strong! He straight arm lifted me over a waist high wall into a bar/club on 5th street and I weighed 210 lbs at the time. Good guy
  3. He was bad down the stretch, but it doesn’t bode well that they’re bringing in Temu Flores to replace him.
  4. I believe so to save face because he's actually pretty bad.
  5. Jalen Flores going pro? I guess I’m behind
  6. He looks like he is 36 years old, bad pic ?
  7. Good to know, I'll pass it along to Bobby!
  8. It’s ok to admit the realism that Texas did not have a SS on the roster. Now they do. Is he going to be All-SEC? Probably not. But does he provide much-needed depth? Yes.
  9. Why even have message boards with discussion?
  10. Especially considering the dude was a backup plan
  11. Jeff Howe held down the fort quite well. You should have him on more often.
  12. These are the dumbest types of posts.
  13. Putting the ball in play doesn’t inherently make a player valuable. It depends on what happens when the ball is in play.
  14. Good to know, I'll pass it along to Schloss.
  15. Maybe he lost a lot of balls in the lights.
  16. Oh we know darn well A Rod has no business there. 😂
  17. There was talk of this back in Dec/Jan when the kid transferred from Wisconsin to Miami, but now it's an actual thing. I'm not an attorney by any means, but it would seem that Wisconsin has a case here for upholding the NIL contract. If so, it could set some precedence for all the cases of kids taking a bag from one school, then jumping in the portal to a new school. I'm not smart enough to truly go down the rabbit hole to know all the impacts that this could have, but I'm sure someone on here is. Just thought I would throw it out there because I'm not seeing many people talk about it. Can't even find mention on if on ESPN. https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/behind-the-wisconsin-v-miami-tampering-lawsuit-over-transfer-db-xavier-lucas-that-was-months-in-the-making/
  18. This does not excite me. He's a singles hitter who doesn't draw many walks. He'd better be Vizquel with the leather. I'll hope for the best, but I'm not enthused.
  19. Today
  20. So he doesn’t watch fastballs down the pipe?
  21. It's a concern, but I don't think the staff would've pursued him if they felt they had a better shortstop option on the roster.
  22. I am a bit worried about his fielding percentage- .935. He low in Ks, but also low in BBs.
  23. He's a slap hitter, but he makes up for that by being slow and playing mediocre defense.
  24. A significant stat for an SEC hitter.
  25. He has a 90% overall in-zone contact rate, including 94% against fastballs.
