They play their in-state rivals: GA vs. GA tech and SCA vs Clemson. Our main rivals are OU and aggy. They are in-conference and we play them every year. Not sure I need more than that--but having grown in Texarkana, I'm happy that we have Arkansas again as well. Sorry to not answer your question about a non-con opponent.

Quick thought without total in-depth scrutiny: Make all student athletes employees of the NCAA, with requirement that they be enrolled at a member university, carry min of 12 hour per semester, making progress toward a degree. Set pay based on university generated media revenue. Then member institutions can add true NIL money opportunities.
