The reporting suggests that Texas BMDs remain squeamish about paying players. They want their names on buildings and love to ride the wave of Texas football success, but they have not fully adjusted to the new NIL reality. Until that changes, it will be hard to keep up with Oregon and Tech.

lol that’s funny. My bias wasn’t even due to conference logos, all I asked was what good offenses did they play? Only 1-2 of their games was against ranked teams and BYU showed it wasn’t a good offensive team plenty times this year but they won games. So kudos to them but what game for Tech was their game against “the best offense on their schedule” that would gauge us saying “oh man that’s a really good defense that stopped that really good offense” it’s like they were a 6A team playing 3-4A teams and we are saying “dang they are good”. That’s not their fault, the schedule is the schedule right.

I don't understand it either. Bobby always talks about revenue sharing and NIL where it hinders Texas, but teams like Tech don't have any issues. Texas doesn't have rich donors?
-
The question is why didn't Texas do the same?

Did anybody have Alabama being shut out midway through the third quarter?

So If need be, tulane coach gonna manage Florida while he's fighting for a national championship with Tulane till Jan 19, while another coach is going to be running portal in the future of the team. So we have to let them in because that's the rule and disregard the coach rule. This whole thing is so dumb Because there is no way, so why?

Assuming Georgia continues to roll against Bama, they would have ZERO argument against us. They would have a worse loss (FSU), they would have also been blown out by UGA, and most importantly they would have lost to a team (OU) that we humiliated. There would be zero rationale for Bama over Texas. And yet the CFP will find a way.
