There isn't a player from Texas that has entered the portal that will cost the Longhorns a football game next year. Some good players who's production can be replaced and then bench players who will go to lesser P4 or G6 programs because they can't get on elsewhere. I'm still not concerned. But please get some OL. Texas reached out to the agent of Tennessee transfer LT Zalance Heard today, and has once before. Heard and Texas not happening. Heard only wants to play LT ... Miami, Kentucky and couple of other SEC schools are in at LT.

I see it very differently than most....Fans are jumping on Texas, Sark and The Staff. If a Freshman came to Texas and expected to start and contribute as a Freshman, then his expectations are out of whack. There is a huge disconnect with many of these 4 and 5 Star High School Recruits. It starts with their Attitudes and Entitlement. Give me a kid who is Poor, Smart, Hungry and has the Desire to the Best everyday and with those traits he will out compete most 4 Stars. This is not a NIL or Portal Problem, this a problem with the kid. I'm beginning to lose patience with many of these kids who run from challenges and adversity. This from Tom Brady:

I wonder how much of a “talking to” the BMDs gave Sark for all of the wasted money / resources from the last three high school classes that were wasted… There has to be some sort of internal pressure for this much of a correction. There is no doubt, this strategy is a good move. I hope Sark can execute but this had to be forced upon him. Just my opinion.

South carolina had the worst line in the SEC lst year so they can have that guy. The two interior linemen don't have a lot of experience and from what i've read they may not even be starters next year anyway. The Bama tackle is a good pickup though.
