  1. Past hour
  2. I remember when assistant coaches were telling The Athletic that Hudson Card was a carbon copy of Aaron Rodgers. Gotta take what these guys are saying with a grain of salt.
  3. Awesome. We thought the same about them last year until they punched us in the mouth because of how shitty they looked against Kentucky.
  4. I personally don't think film guy knows his ass from his elbow. He is drinking the Georgia Kool aid because they've been great during his personal rise to fame. I think they will play their best but haven't played good defense most of the year and I'm not convinced their secondary doesn't suck. Gunner Stockton got knocked out cold versus Texas. For anyone to feel extremely confident in Georgia over Texas must be tied to the mob. Let's see it on Saturday.
  5. Don’t tell me how to live my life Herry
  6. You should rewatch SJSU. They had a lot of drops and wide receivers open all over the place, don’t just read a box score. Also Mateer could barely grip the football coming off surgery and as far as Ohio St, it was a RS-freshmen in his first ever start.
  7. Need some play by play commentary of Troy at Old Dominion from you!
  8. I’m old enough to remember that Texas had no shot against ou this year… ball up top.
  9. Texas beat that ass Geprgia getting that ass whipped
  10. I put very little stock in what some random assistant coaches who take the time to call The Film Guy think about the matchup. That being said it's going to take an effort from this team we have not seen this year for four quarters to win the game. I think UGA wins but not by two scores.
  11. We kickin their ass!
  12. Unless those two college assistants are named Kyle Flood and Peter Kwiatkowski I ain't too worried ...
  13. Today
  14. I sat next to his mom at a game once. She was striking to say the least.
  15. Fairleigh Dickinson hoops coaches don't know nothin'!!
  16. I don’t think the networks want to go head-to-head with the NFL. Simple as that.
  17. I remember when we didn't have a chance against Nebraska in the first Big 12 Championship game. Also, we were going to get plowed under by Southern Cal and their 2 Heisman winners.
  18. Film guy says that the coaches he is hearing from are giving different reasons. I don’t think many are giving us a chance in this game. We need to go punch them in the mouth and shock the football world
  19. Yes, I have. Anything can happen but an honest and true evaluation does not lead one to believe Georgia will kill Texas. I am not a true believer in the Texas Oline, but a true analysis would reveal that Brooks was the weakest link. Go figure. It was reported here that he had no work at G prior to being inserted. I don’t anticipate a great rushing performance but that’s not needed if we work our passing game appropriately. It is a smaller sample but no one has picked Texas apart when at full strength. Not Ohio State. Not OU. And of the lesser teams - not SJSU. So we shall see on that front. I’m not sure Georgia has seen a front capable of creating pressure like Texas. Kentucky had success, but 13 points. This Texas is likely its healthiest all season. There’s a good chance this is the most equipped OLine we have had all season. The Oline, QB, WRs have had 3/4 of a season to see what defenses will throw at them. We shall see.
  20. I haven't heard anything about this guy this season. I know who he is behind A Hill. Is he doing well behind the scenes. I thought he might take over at middle next year with Ant Hills probably departure to NFL. Any mods have any scoop on him? Wasn't he a composite 5 star?

  21. NFL also took over Thanksgiving evenings with triple header.
  22. I know there are pretty girls that go to that school but Baton Rogue is an armpit. Don't get the draw to that school.
  23. So… what happened to Thursday night college football? This used to be a thing!!! Like, a real weekly ritual — a big-enough stage that you’d plan dinner around it, flip on ESPN, and watch some random ACC or Big East game that somehow felt important because it was the only show in town. Now? Crickets. One MAC game here, a stray C-USA game there, but nothing that feels like appointment viewing. I know the NFL muscled in, I know coaches hate short weeks, and I know TV networks reshuffled the whole calendar… but still. For a sport that clings to tradition, it’s wild how quickly we all pretended Thursday nights never mattered.
  24. Say what you want about Schloss (and it better be good), but the guy has a PhD in building middle infields. Wherever he goes, the shortstop and second baseman play like they’re auditioning for a fielding clinic video. Smooth hands, great turns, zero panic. It’s been his calling card forever.
