It was reported Baugh wanted to see who the RB coach was going to be before making a decision. He was hired today and now has in home visits with Sumrall tomorrow and other staff on Wednesday. Not saying it’s a home run hire, but I don’t think Florida would bring on someone their best player wouldn’t care for.

This seems like a no brainer to pursue, unless he intends on heading back to Florida?

In what world is that leaning towards him staying a Gator? Not saying it's not 50/50 right now but hiring the Duke RB coach is not getting him leaning toward staying?

My guess is they will bring in 4 OL at least. 2 G's, 1 G/C and 1 swing T. Now, nothing is a guaranteed thing but it will bring in experienced players and at the very least push the guys on the roster to fight for their spots. We also need depth, which is hard to do these days. Flood definitely has to get better at developing interior OL, his T spots have been pretty decent but the bigger question mark is Sark. What does he change or do schematically, that will also help Flood develop the OL specifically for that.

I think we try to upgrade center position. Robertson seams like great guy, let him be a back up for '26 and go to grad school

I got to meet his family and little baby this year. Such amazing people. Hope nothing but the best dor this young man. He came to texas and played lock down corner from day one.

He played pretty well this year, and he wasn’t gonna magically get faster/quicker. That’s probably the best draft post from our guys so far. Go be great, and take care of your family, man.

Mock consensus has him # 83, 3rd round, 3rd Longhorn taken. This will change somewhat after the combine and after all the 3rd year guys decide on whether to enter or not. Last year the final mock was a little over-optimistic on the Horns, nailing all but one of their picks but on average rating them to go a little higher than they finally did, so take it for what it is, an early snapshot. Hopefully three of these guys come back, right?
