Sark has had all of those tools, top 5 recruiting, unlimited roster flexibility, full program backing and five years in, the offense is still predictable, QBs regress, and the team lacks identity. Context matters because it shows why results mean more than just a single stat…Herman struggled under limitations, Sark hasn’t maximized advantages.
