it seems like we'll be 9th behind Alabama but just ahead of OSU and Ole Miss. based on results, that seems the most obvious place for Texas. Alabama's win over MSU was much more impressive and they were ranked ahead of us last week (and had a bye). will be interesting to see whether Indiana drops back a place or two. it looks like there could be 5 new ranked teams this week given losses at the bottom of the rankings. Not impactful, but interesting/fun to see some new teams ranked. Iowa for sure. New Mexico? Oregon State? USC again (probably).

Texas starts first on offense (regardless of who wins the toss). Texas scores. Texas stalls and Ole Miss puts up around 20 in the first half. Get's over-confident. Texas switches QBs to start the second half and the offense starts to move. 3Q is a bit of a shootout, but Texas inches closer. The crowd is back in it and Texas makes a comeback in the 4th Q. Whoever has the ball last scores to win the game. If all this plays out this way, I think it's Texas winning.

Not to start - for some reason, he (and this team) look good in practice . . . so we are told . . . and if that's the case, he'll get the start again. Sark better be ready with a play sheet for KJ tho. To do otherwise would be negligent.

Arch is still ramping up. When he gets up to speed - and he will at some point in the next several games - this offense will be the juggernaut we hoped it would be by now. Having seen him 2nd half last year, it’s going to happen. Watch out when it does!

I was there and, from my view, it was warranted. It wasn't out of control booing and it was really on particular plays that seemed like odd calls. It never felt like it was directed to particular players - more to plays. A lot of discussion in the stands at halftime about whether the moment was too big for the team and its stars. What an ending!

“No one is perfect” means even flawed individuals can do great things every once in a while. That was a great thing and it should be applauded.
