  2. It’s a loaded week of guests on Coffee and Football, with today’s being Raja Bell! Come join us as we talk Texas and answer your questions. Show starts around 8:15 AM.

  4. The landscape of recruiting has evolved. Recruits can use verbals as negotiating tactics. Pretty sure that a “hi” = a verbal but the $$ is the trump card that will turn a recruitment on a dime. Old school “tea leaves” are less relevant.
  5. We are down to 61 days until the Longhorns head north to Columbus to take on the Buckeyes in the season opener. Who’s your favorite No. 61? Some options today include: Bud McFadin Paul Jetton
  6. Today
  7. I believe Gerry's "HI's" now are basically click bait to some extent. I don't think he is locked in as he wants us to think. I hope I'm wrong.
  8. Interesting that Lagway didn't make it...
  9. All the talk about this offense,I can’t wait to see the defense this year.
  10. All depends if this line comes together. They have an nfl dc that will test what they know. If we pass, you’ll get your 10+. If not, could be tight contest. Either way will be good to get punched in the mouth early and see what we do with a lot of new faces.
  11. I would hope he’s better prepared than Cruz, But he’s just never looked very physical as a run blocker and his PFF grade run blocking was abysmal as well.
  12. Maybe they are really just saying Hi? Lol
  13. USC had the better offense, Ohio St had the better defense, Texas had Superman
  14. How did Cruz do over the spring and is there a possibility of him being the answer if Hut 💩s the bed at O St?
  15. I think Cruz will come in handy. Something tells me he has what we're looking for... I just think going into O St... Hutson will be better prepared for the environment.
  16. One thing I've learned this year. They really think they're God's gift to baseball
  17. Yes. Ovie Oghoufo.
  18. Ha. I meant I’m here through through the 4th
  19. If I was an LSU fan, I’d be enjoying my team winning a national title instead of trying to be the best internet troll I could be.
  20. Are you from the future?
  21. Just got back home to Detroit for the Fourth of July. Made me think—having the the Longhorns ever had a player from Detroit? I know we had a backup catcher from the University of Ligget (like 10 mins from my parents place) last year but I can’t think of anyone else.
  22. He’s off to a good start because I don’t think I’ve seen him look better physically in his time at Texas than he has coming out of spring practice.
