The big humans need to start playing like they want it.

I simply go by what happens on the field. Our oline lacks playing strength. Stroh is a great example. Keep hearing he is one of the strongest in the weight room but it doesn’t translate to the field. Little punch and has terrible balance. Baker is pretty often in the right place but over powered fairly consistently. Hutson doesn’t seem to move folks after all these years of folks wanting him to replace ole faithful and so on. Some areas seem okay so maybe we need an Oline specialist 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great to have this thread. Not great to have this thread in a year where winning the directors cup is impossible with the soccer team being what it is.

3rd in the conference in the regular season, did win the conference tournament but that carries less weight than the regular season. They were a much better squad last year. Lexi Missimo carried a lot of that weight. Mia Justus was a great goal keeper. Between those two you had a big boost on offense and defense that just isn't there this year.

Well, if he is fired and Sark makes that move, it could be really good. We'll see how things play out. I think regardless of how this season goes, it might be something Coach Sark just needs to make a move on sooner rather than later.

He’d be a perfect fit tbh because of scheme similarities. He could probably be had for 3 million if I were just randomly guessing. Chip Kelly is highest paid in NFL at 6 million, Joe Brady makes a little below 2 million.

He runs a pretty similar scheme to Sark but I doubt he's going to want to go from Miami HC in the NFL to Texas OC. But I could be wrong. Either way, Coach Sark isn't going to do that, at least from what we've been told numerous times.

Yeah he didn't even have a recorded tackle last week. His first two weeks, were pretty sub-par. Thought with more playing time he'd thrive but even if teams are focusing on him, the others haven't really flashed much either. I understand we're saying teams are taking him away or getting it out quick but even still, I don't see much pressure coming from our edges.

I don't disagree with what you're saying but many of t hese guys have been in the same system for 2-3 years now. I also understand not having experience, but Campbell and Hutson have a ton of snaps between the two of them. now if you want to say Hutson is starting for the first time at C, I'll go with that. I just don't think people expected it to look this bad. Inexperienced, yes. But what's the point of having a system in place if you still look this bad executing out there? Campbell is still making the same mental mistakes and errors he was when he first started as a Soph.
