Now add to that leading your team to 3+ nba titles? What’s that list of players look like? Also with your criteria guess we have to leave off KD, Steph, Nash, Barkley, Dirk, etc. from the “great” players list.

Brendan Sorsby to Enter NFL Supplemental Draft
ArizonaLonghorn replied to CJ Vogel's topic in On Texas Football Forum
From The Athletic - Tech "won’t seek repayment of any amounts already paid to the quarterback through school NIL agreements. Sources familiar with Sorsby’s contract said the quarterback had already earned about $1 million through deals with Texas Tech and third-party outlets." Of course he's being sued by Cincinnati for $1 million for breach of contract so in the end it's six seven (as the cool kids used to say} ... -

When will the starting pitchers be announced? Guessing Texas will be starting Harrison. Wonder who UGA will go with. -
Brendan Sorsby to Enter NFL Supplemental Draft
UTexas replied to CJ Vogel's topic in On Texas Football Forum
IF anyone decides to actually draft him, I don't see any team using more that a 5-7 round draft pick on him. -

Who? Mike Jonesssss -
After eliminating Alabama in yesterday’s 14-2 rout in Omaha, Texas gets another crack at Georgia with the season on the line. The Longhorns suffered a 7-1 loss to the Bulldogs in their CWS opener on Saturday, but Adrian Rodriguez hit for the cycle and Ruger Riojas had six solid innings on the mound to get Texas (46-14) to today’s elimination game against Georgia (52-13), which lost its winner’s bracket game against Oklahoma on Monday, 4-3.

Worst possible placement. I’d rather nothing be there, but the longhorn would at least look better than that. They were either told to move it there or plan on putting a sponsor on the other side imo, because it’s completely uneven now

Relax ladies, it was just a question.

That looks awful. Hated when they had the horns there too

It appears there has been a change on the Texas jersey for the 2026 season. The SEC logo moves to the middle of the jersey from the right pec area. I reached out to Texas last night to confirm plans for a corporate jersey sponsor to which the school said they were unaware of plans.

Savoie to ATM. That sucks.

Brendan Sorsby to Enter NFL Supplemental Draft
WRNC replied to CJ Vogel's topic in On Texas Football Forum
If Texas Tech had formally argued that Sorsby breached his contract, it would completely destroy their own legal defense against the Big 12 and the NCAA. Texas Tech chose to waive its right to a clawback or liquidated damages because trying to collect that money would be an immediate, self-defeating "slip on its own face". - Today

Maybe Brent Musburger was enough to convince him that Northwestern was the right place for him… -
81 Days Until Kickoff: Who Was The Best No. 81?
cochamps replied to Blake Munroe's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Some good ones at 81, but Pat Fitzgerald for me. We wouldn't have gotten to fourth down in St Louis if not for a ridiculous one handed catch he made. As an aside, James Brown's escape from the pass rush in the end zone was ridiculous also - just an other worldly play. -

There’s a tight end who wasn’t mentioned. I heard that you can call him and get it straightened out. The phone number is 281-330-8004. -

Assistant Regional Manager replied to THookem's topic in On Texas Football Forum
This board would melt down if we were landing the type of players they were. OU recently landed a backup INF from A&M and middle reliever from UTA. They are playing in a different sandbox than the type of guys Texas is trying to get.
