LSU Coaching Search Worth Mentioning (Saturday 10:40 a.m.)

CBSSports' Matt Zenitz is reporting that Lane Kiffin will retain edge rushers coach Kevin Peoples.

Why is this significant? There were whispers that LSU would target, or at least have communications with LaAllen Clark for their edge position.

Clark is a native of Baton Rouge.

Clark was signed last year and just helped the Texas Longhorns pass rushers put up major numbers in 2025. Texas, as a defense, currently ranks 3rd in the country with 38.0 sacks this season.
