Texas received eight first-place votes, which weren't enough to overtake No. 1 UConn.

Sunday's 89-54 rout of No. 13 Baylor moved the Longhorns to 12-0 on the season. Vic Schaefer's team will be back in action at Moody Center on Wednesday against Northwestern State (8 p.m., SEC Network).
