I think he hits 40 passing tds.  Raleek Brown will be Jaydon Blue 2.0.  If our D holds up their end of the bargain he will have multiple 5 td games.

I say false because this offense, if it lives up to the hype, will be in the red zone and goal line areas a lot and Sark may call runs for Brown, Smothers, Cooper, and Manning to score rushing TDs instead of passing TDs.  But Manning will still have over 30 TD passes.
