    Looking at the depth chart, after this year we have 4 seniors graduating and 4 freshmen/sophomores. We only have 1 LB committed. We need to get 2-3 more signed.

    There is a book called “Among the Bros” about a nationwide fraternity drug dealing ring that sounds exactly what happened here with pledges. It is about the College of Charleston but UT is kinda mentioned in the book with a mythical SAE who was a fake driver’s license making guru. I think this kind of stuff happens more often than people think. A bunch of greeks from UT got in trouble a few years ago for drugs in Cabo if I recall, but wasn’t using pledges.

    I am from orange originally and I remember when we got the 409 area code in the early 80s. Everything around Houston was all 409. My kids all grew up in Galveston County and they had a choice between 409, 832 or 281 when they got their cell phones and I made them all get 409.

    It may be hard for some of us to remember what it was like to be 20 years old. Sometimes the coaches approach different players in different ways. Will be interesting to see how TyAnthony responds in the next few days. I wouldn’t jump to conclusions on this one. I also don’t think we are as thin at LB as people seem to think. I think (may be wrong) Muschamp’s scheme is more of a 3-4 or 3-3-5 than the 4-2-5 we ran under PK and Simmons is a LB instead of an edge in the scheme. The 3 linemen are Giffard, Kanu January or Jackson. If that is the scheme, then there are only two LB spots up for grabs to start. And if Cryer is beating out TyAnthony, maybe TyAnthony needs to figure out where he fits and work towards that. If Spence is one of the other LBs playing time will be thn for a coverage LB whose will probably be subbed for a big nickel instead.

    Lucky Lab is legit. I think the real lab Lucky is in there alot and he is chill.

    I think Milwee also helped the situation. Who knows how much of Arch’s foot contributed But him throwing passes in the dirt didn’t help when combined with the drops. There were a number of opening scripts last year that fell apart because of dropped passes bad throws and penalties. Then Sark would get frustrated at long drives by the opponent that further threw his script off.

    I think the Brooks experiment started off well in the OU game. He did pretty well against probably the best DLine we faced all year.

    So, I watch youtube in the afternoon when I get home to see the latest clickbait and if anything real is happening. I have clicked a few LSU videos to see what they are saying and if there is any substance. I get this guy from LSU Football 365 with a caption that says LSU Just got GREAT News… and a picture of Royal. Open the video and here is the commentator: I soon realize it is just the same stuff rehashed. Few minutes later I find a Longhorn themed post titled THIS IS BAD. Guess who the guy is? Same guy. But this is just a little less sophisticated version of what Wiltfong and ON3 are doing now.
