NIL Budgetting

I have a request for a CJ or OTF deep dive into multi-year NIL budgeting and what a realistic recruiting class budget is mapped against prospects.  

For example, we hear sometimes that the two top WR (Royal and I forgot the other ones name) would be out of our budget.  Well, what is our budget?  Could we land Camara, Royal, Meredith given our budget constraints IF they all wanted to sign with us?

 

i’d really like someone to do a deep dive on this and maybe compare our NIL and recruiting strategy against someone like USC who signed  a p+ high level recruits last year, but had mediocre classes the two years before that.
