Sark said calling plays as the head coach was "the way I learned how to do" after coaching under Pete Carroll and Norv Turner, both of whom called their own plays.

Laurence Seymore "has done very well" since getting to campus. Sark feels like Seymore's body has changed and responded well to the strength program.
