How soon before we get Women's Flag Football?

It's a growing sport and super competitive.  Lots of girls are competing in it. I see it being an NCAA sport within five years.

All three NCAA divisions voted overwhelmingly to add women's flag football to the NCAA Emerging Sports for Women program.
