Goosby allowed just one pressure on 44 pass-protection opportunities.

The Outland Award is no stranger to recognizing Texas Longhorns. LT Kelvin Banks won the award in 2024, and DL T'Vondre Sweat won it in 2023.

If Goosby wins it this year.  Texas would tie Bama for 2nd most outland winners at 6.  Nebraska has the most at 9 with Suh winning their last one.

But I thought Flood is a terrible OL coach. I mean, Goosby said he wasn't that good when he was recruited. How is this even possible? I feel like I have been misled by many posters on this board.

Exactly, I thought a lot of people think flood sucks. But, it seems one outland trophy possibly another might say different. The offensive line Texas has now, if continue might be the best in school history. I know very lofty.
