He had been at least up until Monday before UTSA. He just couldn't play until they got this latest NCAA hearing settled. But Texas still has to take it to the SEC.

SEC will have the final say, and I dont think itll go Tesas way.  The conference would have been smarter to say anyone that declares is ineligible to return so it gets rid of loopholes.

I thought Sark said the SEC was good and it was just the NCAA hold up? Now they have to bring it back to the SEC? What do we think the chances if approval are?
