  1. Soresby jas more baggage than a 747 full of Kardashians and Hiltons. Any franchise looking at QB knows the 1st attribute of a QB is leadeship. This dude just demonstrated the absolute disregard for team mates and worse his own family. Mental health is a cop out for bad decisions.
  2. Let them get the DOJ further involved. All schools on their schedule should immediately refuse to play them. Further other conference commisioners should sue the B12 or try to force the B12 to drop them from the conference.
  3. Any credibility that college sports had left has gone out the window with this ruling. Legalized gambling on sports across all 50 states and everyone is taking a piece. NIL with no real guardrails. Everyone knew there would be a few schools that would push the envelope and still not one entity took any control. No conference commissioner, not the NCAA, and not any federal or state government. College sports has opened Pandoras box and they are reaping what they sowed.
  4. Only thing harder than winning a Natty is winning em back to back. The comp in the SEC has prepared these ladies for heavy weight bouts. Love the fortitude with backs against the wall and they just get it done time and again. Hook Em
  5. No matter how this turns out, TT has lost all credibility. Question 2 is why do they want this kid around...as a qb you have to have it between the ears. This tells you flat out how bad his decision making is, character as a leader, and ability to accept responsibility for his own actions.
  6. Given how the Tech staff has handled this situation, if the SEC and B10 break away would things like this keep either conference from courting Tech?
  7. Politics either R or D havent done much on the hill so why are they at this point getting involved in sports will make a bad situation worse. If it has to go this high college sports is already broken beyond fixing in its currwnt form. Lock the main conference commisioners in a room. Do the same for player representatives. Each write out what each wants. Start pounding it out amongst those 2 entities. When they have a document that has been settled on, present it. Mark it up from input from players coaches personnel. Ratify it for a period of 2 - 5 years and fix whatever is broken or not covered. Repeat process. Set aside a college czar to decide discipline issues, similar to the nfl.
  8. Im both curious and excited to see if and when this team will put it together. A lot of talent doesnt make a team. Caring about the guy left and right of you makes you a team. If they put it together this team has the potential to be o e of the best to ever wear burnt orange. HOOK EM
  9. Coach Vic shouldnt change, but maybe some of the ladies he has recruited were not mature enough to handle his style of coaching. Further, like most athletes when you come from hs and own the gym, then get to Texas you get splinters from riding the pine. Some are just not ready for that. Love Coach Vic.
  10. NCAA has been a toothless joke for years. There has been no attempt at putting guard rails on any of this until the time was already passed. NCAA still has training wheels and the only adults in the room are the commisiiners less yormark.
  11. B12 has been dreaming of an opportunity like Sark and Kidfin have given the SEC. Lets get ready to rumble!!!
  12. One of the most undervalued dradt picks from Texas in recent memory....should have been a mid first rounder. If he stays healthy his 2nd contract will be massive. LB build abilty to rush, cover backs in space, and a cerebral guy who seems to always be around the ball.
  13. Tebow is by far the worst qb in that photo. If it was applications to date my daughter Tebow would be 1 and Mayfly would be dead last.
  14. Curious which of these Coaches would switch rosters....i beleive that would say a bit more than jabs at Arch.
  15. If there are decent questions asked during podcasts that either werent addressed or are great questions that may take a little more time to answer, or more thought
  16. Along with the penalties, the other areas of discipline were as bad maybe worse than the penalties. Missed blocks, wrong routes run, misreads by the qb, dirted balls, missed assignments for lineman on both sides of the ball, dropped balls, wrong gap for rbs to hit, blown coverage, wrong defenses called (coaching), etc. Point I am making is penalties were bad but really just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to discipline. Texas left a ton on the field last year. Good news is they are supremely talented and if they clean up 50% of the discipline issues as a whole they will be a Championship caliber team. The real question is who are the leaders on this team going to be and are they going to demand the all in they will need.
  17. I do believe that Muschamps defensive style will marry much better with Sarks offensive style. Higher pressure rates and fewer plays per drive will make a huge difference for a defense that quite frankly was worn out the last half of quite a few ballgames. Texas offense while having multiple 3 and outs and depended heavily on explosive plays as opposed to extending drives will turn a corner this year if ( a big IF) they are able to establish an interior run game. Outside zone will work against lesser teams but better defenses will require more push GCG.
  18. Im OK with certain penalties ie PI to save a td. What I am NOT ok with is presnap and penalties away from the play. If a kid is just playing hard I can find a little forgiveness. If its I am not paying attention or I am not disciplined type of lazy penalty is where I can not stand it. Late hits kinda nonsense, those are that are unforgivable. I do beleive that Muschamp being on the sidelines will make an improvement off the bat because of his no nonsense personality. When Bo Davis left, Texas did not have the same kind of accountability and a coach that would call them out. Sark and PK were birds of the same feather; very laid back. Now you have 2 very different parents on the sideline and that imho is going to be a great thing.
  19. His short area quickness/ explosion out of the cut are elite. The only things I saw critique wise is he will have to cover the ball up better in SEC play. He will also have to get behind his pads. He runs a little high. He is definitely a Sark specialty type of back with good hands.
  20. This is no suprise. There a quite a few athletes over the last 5 years or so that have jad this same issue. Legalizing gambling across the nation gave everyone access...including the nefarious types that will fix a game. Players, officials....probably so.e coaches.
  21. With the academic standards Texas has, how many dudes fell off the board?? UGA pre req is an arrest record...Texas you have to be relatively intelligent and have the grades. Id bet this has cost Texas several draft picks....
  22. Team 3. VY and Bijan...dynamic and Bijan has good hands...add Huffdaddy and DJ to lay the lumber on D. Davis to stretch the field...
  23. CB and Safety are intertwined in a lot of ways. IF D Will / Filsame / Jonah 2 of 3 come back as good or better health wise then you have more flexibility at CB or at least the rotation there. As it sits, there will be a CB or Nickel moved to cover a safety spot. Tons of talent and tons of injury.
