Is the hiring priority teaching/installing, or game day playcalling and adjustments? 

The first would be more of a teacher, the latter could be a NFL guy.

But the crux on the first is finding a guy thats great at teaching college athletes who can Grok Sark's NFL playbook and system, while an NFL guy might only know how to work with pros - possibly very transactionally too.
