While Texas is recruiting interior D Lineman, which is easier converting 0 and 2i tech guys to 3 and 5 tech guys or vice versa?  How much does this affect recruiting?  Who in this cycle fits the bill for a true over the center defender?

Over the ball guys IMO ... they have to have that dawg in them to play over the ball at the highest level of CFB and NFL.
