I’d say there’s a 95% chance he IS on campus next season. This is a take on potential. However, he hardly has pitched for his JUCO and, as of two weeks ago, has thrown 18.1 innings. During that time he has 16 walks and 9 HBP. Leblanc is brand new to pitching. They’re banking on being able to work his issues out. One of the criticisms I've heard of DP from some in the club baseball scene is he over recruits velocity and doesn't value great mechanics in recruiting? This would seem in line with those criticisms. You seem pretty plugged in. Do think they have any merit?
