Burroughs is apparently a talented guy, but serious issues at Bama (reportedly a physical altercation with staff) and then not finding a good fit with Miami would seem to make him doubtful to join Texas. Muhammad has a standing offer but I expect that to go Oregon's way. They were also close to getting T Davis, the corner from Arizona to visit, but he backed out.
