They have a right to feel the way they do and it is justified to a large extent. Unfortunately, the problem with being part of a cult is you can’t and won’t see the root cause for why things happen. This was a betrayal in their eyes yes. However, the root cause of this is that Austin>>College Station, Texas baseball is a premier job ALWAYS no matter what is happening in College Station, Trev Alberts is a worse boss/AD than football analyst, maroon is ugly, and it’s easier to recruit and keep talent in Austin.
