Just for example, if DK Moore picks Oregon and says my recruitment is shut down, does that mean Sark cannot contact him? Or just meaningless words like “respect my decision”. Nothing is finalized until the player is signed. For some, it means they're not taking any more phone calls from other schools. For others, they'll still shut it down from taking other visits but take and place phone calls to others. And for others, it means even less. And for some... well, it can mean nothing at all. I grew up with "Your word is your bond" as a matter of honor. For many that does not mean much. Of course, these are 15, 16 & 17 year old kids that do not know any better........yet, hopefully.
