CastleHorn88 Posted February 3 Share Posted February 3 With the role overseeing so many responsibilities, I’m assuming Sark would take his time much like he did with the Dline coach if not longer to fill. It’s definitely not anything to rush unless there was already a plan in place. I wonder if we might bring in some of those folks - not any specific roles in mind, just in general. Would he look to NFL, where google says head of scouting make 100-275k? Downside being they are not familiar with NIL. Do you look to college ranks? A lot of them come from places like Bama that are behind the curve in NIL.
