BigMac Posted September 17 Share Posted September 17 I'm curious as to why the sack totals do not match up to what I saw live and on replay. We clearly.had sacks by Simmons, Lefau and Vasek. Also had a give up by McCown on another run behind the line of scrimmage where Anthony Hill could clearly be given credit to a sack yet no credit was given. What the hell is going on? Hill is credited with a TFL, so maybe the stat guy thought it wasn't a passing play and credited Hill with a TFL instead of a sack? College football and QB rushing stats are very weird in how they're scored by statisticians because sacks count toward rushing totals.
