Quinn Ewers in the red zone vs. Georgia Saturday

About the feet thing. That's not really the end of the world. Quinn's a rotational thrower, and you'll often notice that guys open up their body as they get into their motion. Rarely do rotational throwers "step in" to their throws, because you're using their hips and core to put velo on balls, not really ground striking. The issue is moreso that Quinn's opened to the middle up the field, and not open to the pylon, like he should be. Even in the Arch play, you'll note that Arch's front foot doesn't move much; it's very slight, but his body is open to the back pylon, which is what should happen.

You're correct about the Moore route, which is what I noted.

The feet thing is a huge deal. Footwork is king in football and especially at the QB position. He does that parallel to the LOS thing so often and it affects his deep throws. He's throwing across his body so on passes for instance on post they will sail behind the receiver like they tend to do. When he throws deep left they'll hang up in the air. Step into the throw and get some velocity.

No QB coach, trainer, NFL, college, HS coach, etc teaches a QB to have his feet parallel to the LOS when throwing the ball no matter what kind of thrower you are. This is something that he has done since HS so once things break down or he feels pressure he tends to revert to his bad mechanics.

Correct, what I was referring to with "not a big deal" was the stepping-in. That's not a huge deal. The front foot thing is something I've documented before (not here, but when talking about QB play), and that's a huge deal because it directly impacts your hips and core.
