The SEC Championship is the rare Texas loss where I appreciated the brand of football being played. Those two teams beat the hell out of each other in Atlanta.

The win over Florida was good to watch because Quinn and the offense were pretty much flawless.

I also enjoyed the UTSA game because it was the first time we got to see Arch take meaningful snaps.

I also don’t know if I’ve ever seen Texas play better defense in a big game the way they came through time and again against A&M. PK’s unit answered the bell every time.

The Florida game was my favorite this past season. I thought sark and Quinn showed what the ceiling of the offense could be with a mostly healthy squad. I wasn't expecting that dominant of a performance and that reverse play to Bond will forever stand out as a "what just happened?" moment. Other teams even implemented the play at many different competitive levels. I wish they could have kept it rolling like that offensively the rest of the season.

 

Beyond that, Michigan, miss state and the playoffs wins were a lot of fun also.
