Here’s my problem with Arch on waggles. There are yards to be had here.

He did the same thing against UF on the throw to Wisner for a TD. Get rid of this ball the second Endries clears that defender, and there’s room to create a missed tackle.

Instead, the ball is thrown late and the play loses a yard.

I’ve seen several throws like this where Arch is hesitant to throw though he keeps staring down the receiver. We were lucky that Wisner scored at all against FL. Quinn showed the same hesitation last year. I just assumed he was gun shy because of injuries. Maybe there’s something else.

Sark wanted 2 plays to get 8 yards. Thought he could catch 4-5 here. Kentucky brings pressure.

C gets blown up. RT loses inside. TE gets lost in the traffic. Just a total mess.

Wish we’d thrown to Clark immediately. Worth 4 yards minimum

Nick Brooks being a freshman.
teams are going to exploit the center guard inexperience if we dont get help from TEs and RBs.  That to me is where 90% of the OL problems are and why Arch doesn’t seem to trust his pocket even when it is clean.

But it was no better with Neto (who the coaches spent three years evaluating) or with Stroh.

He made the wrong decision on the rpo the play before on second down also when he should have handed it to Wisner.
