This is the first time since Ohio State that the national sports media is acknowledging that Texas could be for real if they put it all together. There’s an opening for Texas to seize hold of that narrative in Athens and become the center of the college football world again. If Texas beats Georgia on the road, it will drown out every other story in CFB. Suddenly, there will be a hurricane of momentum behind Texas and the resume will look incredibly formidable with wins against 3 ranked teams.

Sark needs to get his guys ready to play the game of their lives, because Georgia is hard to kill—especially at home. The O-line looked really good against Vanderbilt, but they have STRUGGLED on the road this year. They need to dominate the LOS. If they lose, the season is more or less over. But if they win, the entire narrative about this team completely changes. The Tom Fornellis and Danny Kanells of the world are suddenly singing a different tune. And in the CFP era, perception is everything.
