You guys are focusing on the wrong position. I do agree we don't have a great RB, we have a bunch of good RB's. But the problem is the OL doesn't run block very well. Whether this is scheme, technique, etc. That problem needs fixing first before you go adding all the spice in. 

Otherwise you end up like Tom Herman.

This is being extraordinarily generous. We one guy who is good and should probably be our #2 back getting about 10 touches a game. After that, well, I don't want to be a dick so I'm not going to accurately describe them. This is literally the worst Texas RB room I've seen at Texas since I started watching in the mid-80s. And to be fair, injuries played a big part in that happening.

Both the RB room and OL room need to improve/develop. How that happens idk but it needs to happen some sort of way. 

Both rooms together are just mediocre right now, Wisner is great but without a stronger OL his game kinda stalls. Baxter is slow and the other RBS are just young.

Wisner is a good back, but we need a banger to complement him. Against a quality opponent we need Baxter or someone to get double digit quality carries.

Yeah we need Baxter to run 12 times for 8 yards for the sake of preserving our best running back for *checks notes* our last game of the season before a meaningless bowl game which will have tons of opt outs
