To the point about the run game, Jeff. I'd just love to see us be credible with it in the red zone. Feel like that has cost us games the last 3 years alone. You go back to the RRS in '23. People like to give the D sh*t for not getting that stop at the end of the game (which is fair criticism) but I still remember us getting stuffed pretty easily at the goaline on what should've been a gimme score. With several chances to punch it in, The SEC conference title game or hell any Georgia game in general seems like it's had similar issues. The 2024 Ohio State game is another one. Right at the goal line to tie the game and instead we had no answer or push to get in the end zone. Instead fumbling it away for a TD. 2025 was more of the same. Ohio State game you had several chances to punch it in and the O couldn't get it done. yes this is in part because Ohio State had great players there but to have that many shots at it and not be able to punch it in, is not a good look. Sorry for the rant but Sark always preaches physicality and complimentary football but we've yet to see that consistently, especially from the offensive side. I hope he can finally figure that out.

Why? I don't believe in all that paranoid snake bite stuff. We didn't lose last year because we were ranked #1, we lost because we played a great team at their place and our guys didn't execute very well on O.

What's funny, if they hadn't let in James Madison and Tulane last year into the playoffs and instead put Notre Dame and Texas in, I'm pretty sure we would've played Oregon @ their place lol. Joe Z would've been quacking his ass off.

My problem is that the NCAA could've done a better job of getting out in front of this stuff before it became the focal point of college football. Instead like usual they sat on their hands and didn't do anything which caused the free for all we pretty much see today. I'm fine with kids getting paid, that doesn't bother me. I think Chambliss and Lacey are good players but is the guy they brought into be OC from East Carolina better than Kiffin/Weiss? I don't think so. I'm a bit iffy on Bama, have to see who the starting QB is first but I think people think Bama isn't "good" anymore because they're actually human now. With Saban they felt otherworldly. DeBoer isn't even doing that bad of a job, it's just that people expect more from Bama or have come to anyway. Hoover will have some really good weapons around him just not sure I would've attached my wagon to him being my guy.

He often puts titles like that, most youtubers do to catch audiences. If you watch his video's, he usually goes into depth about the topic and you usually come out going "oh yeah, he made a good point". Even if you don't agree with him or like him.

Not really, it was bad last year. Making sure it doesn't happen again should be the biggest talking point.

I remember saying (not on here) that they should've gone hard after Hardy in the portal. I remember people telling me how stupid I was because we had Wisner, Baxter, Clark, etc. I just remember watching him at ULM when he was a Fr and they played us, he had some great runs even against us that year. All hindsight, obviously. But I hope they do a better job of that next year when breaking in either Lacey or Bell.

Hopefully they can retain him and the other DL guys through the off-season.

If this is how things are or heading that way, the whole system needs to be redone. Because I'm all for players being paid but if it's costing this much, it needs to be revised big time.
