Gotta be honest I'm all for the players getting paid but all this roller coaster every year about whether kids are gonna stay or not because of NIL deals and recruits decommitting is pretty "exhausting" as a fan... Can't imagine as a HC.
Hope Terry doesn't transfer, always liked him.

By exhausting I mean frustrating tbh, all year you follow the recruitment of a guy, they commit and you're happy they chose your school and then at smallest sign of friction they go elsewhere or threaten to go elsewhere

Eh sometimes she goes and sometimes she doesn’t, it sucks but at least it’s not another SEC school.

The staff probably has a cap for high school they do not want to go over, if UNC is offering him a bag just use our left over NIL towards a contributor somewhere.

Well that sucks. Part of the reason I dislike NIL. I've no problem with players getting paid but it makes recruiting seem like a moot point most of the time. Might as well just come in and say here's how much we're willing to pay, let us know lol. 

I mean seriously, what is the point of relationship building when most guys are just chasing the bag?

I don't think there are bigger fish. Losing a guy like Cleveland is a big deal, he's a high quality DL recruit.

1.) See Malaki Lee news

2.) I would think that the staff has shown if someone walks, there’s probably a valid reason why. I would imagine the portal will show that.
