That includes having Huff in the DB room in some capacity since there's no limitations on staff, who I think would be great to retain and recruit players as a Longhorn legend just like Gideon. What Longhorn legend or HOF player would be your pick if a position were to open in the future?

No one is saying to coddle him. There's always the "I'm a man, I don't feel things like a girl" tough guy assumption. Kid needs a strong mentor who will be honest with him and be harsh when needed. If he doesn't want to listen that's on him to not want to get his career and life on track. Whether if it's mental health issues or maturity issues that needs to be taken care of early in his life.
