  1. I think you just have to be in the conversation for being elite every year. Georgia took years to finally conquer Bama and take the mantle. We may not win it all this year, but we are set up for long term success and kids want to come visit us. I see that per 247, the #1 safety out of Bishop Gorman wants to visit Texas now. We are getting kids from all over the country wanting to see what we are about, and that is how you build an elite program.
  2. Well getting that beast of a RT that can throw defensive players back like rag dolls will help.
  3. While I picked notre dame to win I’m shocked they barely have 200 yards of total offense. Truly winning with defense and special teams
  4. Haha. I see your point we are a long way from Dan Buckner and Jake Oliver. Maybe I’m too old school X Y Z receiver like baseball batting order 12345. But this is not what we have seen from Sark ever. Maybe he’s evolving to the sec big bodied receivers but his history says he loves the smaller Devonte Smith Waddle Worthy type of guys. Wingo may be an alien a cut below a Jeremiah Smith. Thomas has proven he can play in the SEC at least so I’m open to adding him. Just feel we need more variety if Bolden and Golden are gone. There is no guarantee Niblett will stay though he has been a culture guy for sure. Maybe Butler is the guy we think we need. Not counting on dubose ever contributing.
  5. Certainly. Is he good enough to be a starter? Nobody knows outside of the program. Would think the staff would want someone who has show it on the field.
  6. Like Thomas a lot but that’s a lot of big bodied wrs in Thomas, Wingo, Livingstone, Lockett and Ffrench. Assuming golden and bond leave we need at least one smaller shifty quick receiver.
  7. Very true. Would expect them to go for 2 and make it the way their offense was rolling.
  8. Thoughts on where we are going with 2027 qb since Edmunds committed to tOSU? Is Houston really as good as the other 2 Louisiana kids Haven and Ziegler? Then there’s nussmeier’s bro at Flower Mound and Philip Rivers son. Wonder if we will go with a below the radar kid with Bell committed in 2026 like we did with Owens in 2024
  9. Someone photoshop navy into that shirt lol
  10. Didn’t know this. Per chip brown asu down top db for first half of game.
  11. Well klare is official to tosu https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/43130225/max-klare-top-tight-end-transfer-portal-picks-ohio-state
  12. There’s no doubt in my mind the winner of that game will have the highest odds having passed the first of 2 huge hurdles in the next 2 games.
  13. Murphy to Oregon st. Hopefully this is now a legit link
  14. Definitely a roster to keep an eye on if he does bolt.
  15. Yeah but he’ll be wearing it in the stands next to cooper manning’s sombrero hat.
  16. Sorry. DT is the bigger concern than any of those other positions. Given the choice of hunter vs the others mentioned I would choose hunter
  17. Who would go to Lubbock and say I’m good without at least making it to Austin for a look.
  18. Yeah I know. Not a rebuttal to your comment as much as an amusing note on our old big 12 foe.
  19. You are right. Somehow my phone is not allowing the edit unfortunately
  20. Scary situation. Glad he is okay. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/43003656/auburn-dl-deangelo-trill-carter-shot-charlotte
  21. Not true.. OU has added the most important player in the 2025 season.. a new punter. He may break the records for # of punts with that offense.
  22. Just left him off as he is unlikely to contribute this year. See him as a redshirt and then step in when Moore is ready to move onto the league.
  23. Yup. Williams will miss spring practice with baseball. Not penciling him in for lots of playing time this year which is why he isn’t in the known category. I could be wrong as he is a supremely talented player. As far as hicks I’m not holding my breath that a reclassified 2026 safety will get much playing time this year either.
